The area surrounding the Carthusian Monastery in the village of Červený Kláštor (Red Monastery) offers numerous opportunities for cycling. The most scenic and closest cycling route starts at the museum, follows the green cycling trail through the Dunajec River Gorge to the river landing in the village of Lesnica, and then continues along the red cycling trail to the village centre. There, directly in front of the COOP Jednota store, turn onto the orange (blue) cycling trail and follow it over the ridge back to Červený Kláštor.
